Our initial contact will include reviewing your wish list, budget, and timeline to ensure we are a good fit. This can be over the phone, email or via zoom.
Site/Model visit
Come and check out our model home or meet with us to review past builds, express your interests, share your inspirations, and discuss budget details/lending options.
House Plans & Designs
We will come up with an initial design from our designers and then fine-tune every room/layout to your liking. After adjustments are made, we will finalize the plans.
Custom Home Selections
From flooring to paint colors, we will be with your every step of the way.
Bidding
Formal bidding will be completed with your final design and final selections.
Purchase Agreement
Once we have finalized your design, timeline, and allowances, we will write up a purchase agreement, review, and go to work!
Home Construction
As we work hard to complete your project, you can trust us to be there throughout the build with a hands-on approach. With site visits and further communication, we want you to be involved in this process.
Final Walk Through
Upon completion of your project, we will conduct a final walk through. Everything you need to know to maintain and enjoy your new home will be discussed.
Post Project
With our guaranteed warranty, we will be there for you in case of any emergency or repair. Our clients are family, so we hope to continue the relationship for many years to come.
